Nationwide deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm with our courier service and full tracking will be provided for this.
Trimming the stems and changing the water daily are essential for keeping your flowers fresh. A complete care guide will be included with each bouquet to help you extend the vase life of your flower stems.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel any orders once placed. If you need to change or amend any order details please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate these amendments.
As our products are perishable, we can only offer refunds or replacements for issues reported within 1 business day of delivery or the scheduled delivery date. For quality-related concerns, we ask that you send photographic proof to our email for further investigation. Refunds will not be issued for items that spoil after 3 days of delivery (or 2 days for discounted products), as long as the correct care instructions were followed.
